What I can do for you:
Track and stagger arrival times
Instruct on setup and delivery locations and constructions.
Oversee their implementation and ensure they stay on schedule
Coordinate their payment & sign for that delivery
Work with the photographer to develop a timeline of events for the day.
Ensure any must have photos with family, or heirloom pieces, or even a special photo happens exactly as you have envisioned it!
Give the photographer any props to photograph: ring boxes, bridesmaids gifts, or another special memento.
Ensure there is a list of family members to get photos with pre or post ceremony, and make sure we get them all, so no one is left out.
Ensure everything is on site and delivered when agreed upon, triage issues with this so they never reach you and your groom!
Make sure everything is unpacked safely and set up to your specifications and in keeping with your vision.
While the physical labor of the cleanup and breakdown is not my role I can orchestrate it to ensure that everything is broken down, packed up, and protected quickly and safely!
Plan the Day
Work with your DJ or band to schedule dinner announcements, ceremonial moments (cake cutting, garter tossing, bouquet throwing, and all the other special moments you have planned), go over how to pronounce your names and those of your bridal party for the grand entrance, and keep the timeline on track so you have time for a sendoff and that last dance!
